If your mixer is in need of maintenance or repair, send it on in!
Shipping is not covered by the service fee. You are welcome to
use any shipper you wish. We highly recommend using UPS. Be sure to include return service if needed.
Print and fill out our Customer Info Sheet and place it in the box with you mixer. You can download it
here.
Typical turnaround time is 1 to 2 weeks depending on how quick the shipper moves. We try to start on your mixer either the day or the day after arrival depending on what time it comes in. We keep most common parts in stock to help speed up the process but if a part needs to be ordered, it may take a few extra days. We will keep you in the loop regardless.
We do offer discounted shipping labels through UPS Ground. Once you purchase the label we will send it to you by email within 2 business days. Make sure your address and email are correct before placing the order.
These labels are rated for up to 30lbs and a package size of up to 18x18x18. Additional charges may be added at drop off if your package exceeds these ratings.
THESE LABELS ARE VALID FOR 30 DAYS. A REFUND CANNOT BE GIVEN BEYOND 30 DAYS.
Shippers aren't known for their care of packages these days so be sure to add protection to you mixer, bubble wrap works the best.
Most importantly, please send your bowl and beater attachment with your mixer. This is necessary to properly calibrate your machine once service is completed.
